My priority is to keep you as safe as possible & I have implemented changes since re-opening the Salon. I have completed the Coronavirus Infection Prevention and Control Course which is accredited by the Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists Ltd, the UK trading body for our industry.

Booking Appointments;

It is against the law to administer botulinum toxin or dermal filler under the Botulinum Toxin and Cosmetic Fillers (Children) Act 2021. If we believe you are under age, even if you produce documents we have the right to refuse treatment. You may be asked to send us a photo of your ID before booking online, please co-operate accordingly. We request everyone brings photo identification (passport) to their appointment, you may be refused treatment if you do not produce ID Documents. We will report anyone we believe to be using fraudulent documents.

Booking Fees are non refundable and must be paid upon booking to secure your appointment. 

Cancellations made 48 hours before your appointment can be rescheduled one time only within 14 days of cancellation. Thankyou for understanding.

Visiting the Salon

Please arrive to your appointment on time, if you're more than 15 minutes late you may be refused treatment. As stated above, please bring photo identification with you.

Frequency of cleaning in the clinic has been increased making sure all toilet door handles, common surfaces etc are cleaned between clients. 

​

All tools & equipment are sterilised and disinfected in line with the specific manufacturers instructions. 

​
