Deposits are non refundable and must be paid upon booking to secure your appointment. 

Cancellations made 48 hours before your appointment can be rescheduled one time only within 14 days of cancellation. Thankyou for understanding. 

Covid-19 

My priority is to keep you as safe as possible & I have implemented changes since re-opening the Salon. I have completed the Coronavirus Infection Prevention and Control Course which is accredited by the Guild of Professional Beauty Therapists Ltd, the UK trading body for our industry. 

Booking Appointments; 

If myself or any staff feel ill or have any symptoms of covid-19 we will self isolate immediately and not come to the salon. This may mean I will have to cancel your appointment at short notice, I appreciate this may be inconvenient but it is done entirely for your own safety and will rebooked ASAP. 

If you or any of the people you live with feel ill or display any symptoms please advise me ASAP and DO NOT COME TO THE SALON FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT. You will be turned away if you present signs of being unwell & temperature checks are taken upon arrival. 

If you are poorly due to covid-19 and need to re-arrange, deposits/booking fees can be rescheduled but not refunded. 

Visiting the Salon 

For your safety please maintain social distancing and arrive on time for your appointment, not early or late. You will be asked to wait outside to keep the numbers down inside the salon. 

Please attend your appointment alone in order to reduce human contact for our staff. Unfortunately, fiends and family members cannot enter the premises. If your appointment is booked with a family member or friend, please continue to come to the clinic one at a time. I understand you may be from the same household but it is in order to protect the staff and myself. 

Frequency of cleaning in the clinic & salon has been increased making sure all toilet door handles, common surfaces etc are cleaned between clients. 

All tools & equipment is sterilised or discinfected in line with the specific manufacturers instructions.
